Jersey Soccer Senior Night Brings Win Against EAWR

JERSEYVILLE - Sally Hudson led Jersey's soccer girls to a 2-0 win over East Alton-Wood River with two goals on Wednesday.

Jersey improved to 3-11-12 on the season while the Oilers fell to 4-12-0.

Hudson’s goals came in both halves of the match; Katelyn Krueger had five saves in recording the clean sheet; Lindzey Morrison stopped six shots on the evening. The Panthers next meet Waterloo at 5:30 p.m. Monday at home while the Oilers go to Breese Central at 4:30 p.m. today.
