Southwestern head coach Jason Darr thought his team had a great game defensively, but on the offensive side of play struggled.
“Our entire team just didn’t hit a lot of shots,” the coach said. “We struggled from the free throw line, but I was proud of our defensive effort. We had a lot of turnovers and unforced errors we normally don’t make.”
Southwestern’s Ben Lowis had 15 points to lead all scorers, freshman Addis Moore had 12 points, Caleb Robinson added 7 points.
Jacob Weidner had 9 points to lead Bunker Hill. Devon Ralston had 8 points and Matthew Weidner had 7 points.
Southwestern returns to action Tuesday against Jersey at Southwestern in a rivalry game.
